The 2nd edition of SCL Arabia held on 23 & 24 October at The Address Dubai Marina, UAE was an impressive gathering of 175+ delegates and 45+ speakers. The highlight though was not only the statistics but the composition of the attendees. The room was full of serial entrepreneurs who had stood upto multiple challenges to create success stories, dedicated innovators whose resilience and desire to stay in the game had helped create some industry benchmarks, evangelists who had done what no one thought could have been done in the sector in the region and last but not the least a very impressive group of women leaders who had carved out enviable positions and success stories in a sector which till some time ago was perceived predominantly a male bastion.

Overall this conference is very beneficial and keeping in mind current market situation due to various unusual circumstances. It has given efficient supply chain solutions to companies and individuals while interaction has been knowledgeable by all means. Supply Chain Arabia is growing and getting stronger with each coming instalment. The quality of fellow speakers is always good, and topics are current and very useful for industry. This was my 4th conference with Infinity Global as a speaker and always enjoy participating and adding value to the supply chain and logistics community
I thoroughly enjoyed the event and the participation. The audience was also the right mix of decision makers in the Logistics Industry and their inputs were also accurate. The mix of presentations and panel discussions were key to getting the best out of everyone. The division of the speeches into the various subjects made it easier for the delegates to attend the subjects of their interest and make the best possible use of time.
Logistics & Supply Chain Week MENA 2020 provided a wonderful platform for aggregating/discussing the current and future imperatives for productivity, growth, and sustainability within the associated industry and it was a pleasure to contribute my insights/perspectives/solutions as a Speaker in the panel discussion focusing on building trust to enhance customer loyalty in eCommerce operations.
